September is Childhood Cancer and Alopecia Awareness month. To support a cause that will benefit children whose hair loss is a result of a medical illness, Equilibrium is proud to support the Angel Hair Foundation, a nonprofit whose financial support allows children to purchase an "angel hair system". This hair medical prothesis gives kids back their confidence, self-esteem, and ability to do daily activities, compete in sports, and sleep without fear of their hair slipping.

Angel Hair Foundation believes in:

• Having no income guidelines for kids who apply for the "Angel Hair System"

• Being a strong resource and support system for kids experiencing illness

• A simple application process meant to be as stress-free as possible

• Special ordering to match the fit and personality of the child in need

• Making each system with 100% human hair, each strand individually tied to the cranial cap

• Using quality, mesh materials making the cap breathable, comfortable, and allowing it to mold and fit securely to the recipient

• Providing different hair styles, colors, and lengths for many choices
