ChiroHealthUSA (CHUSA)

In recent years, State and Federal medical billing guidelines have changed and in order for Equilibrium providers to be compliant with these guidelines, we have adopted a program, ChiroHealthUSA (CHUSA), which allows us to discount the rates we bill medical insurance to patients when they are members of the program.

CHUSA works in conjunction with a Discount Medical Plan Organization, giving patients access to discounts that are typically only negotiated by insurance companies. CHUSA is NOT insurance, however, and does not replace your insurance. It simply allows us to lower your cost for non-covered services at our practice.

Becoming a member of CHUSA is easy:

• Join right before your appointment at Equilibrium - it just takes a minute;

• The membership fee is $49 per contract year from your sign up date and you may renew annually;

• Membership includes you and any members of your immediate family for one year;

• Receive rates discounted from regular medical billing rates with any CHUSA provider nationwide.

Our hope is that you and your family are able to lower your health care expenses by participating in this program.

As a member, Equilibrium’s CHUSA fees for a New Patient Chiropractic, Acupuncture, or Massage treatment will not exceed $200 each. New Patient fees may be less depending on the actual treatment you receive which is calculated and due after each appointment.

Equilibrium’s CHUSA fees for subsequent treatments will always vary based on the exact services you receive.
