With the recent flattening of our local curve, and in conjunction with Governor Brown’s announcement that non-emergent medical procedures may recommence, we are happy to announce that we will be reopening for care with a limited schedule on Monday, May 11th!
This decision was made with significant contributions from our team members, other community health care providers, and current data provided by the Oregon Health Authority.
Our number one priority is the health and safety of our patients and staff. We are taking extra steps to mitigate the spread of the virus including, but not limited to:
Daily temperature and symptom checks for all staff and patients.
Adding time between procedures to allow for extra cleaning, in addition to our normal sanitizing and disinfecting processes.
Reducing unnecessary physical contact between our staff and patients.
Complying with the state-wide mask mandate by requiring all patients wear a 2-ply cotton or medical grade mask to wear while at the clinic. 2-ply cotton masks will be provided for those without.
Requiring and providing personal protective equipment (PPE) to all staff including KN95 masks and, when needed, gloves and face shields.
Social distancing - with a limited schedule, there will be no more than three patients waiting in the lounge at one time.
Asking that any non-essential guests of patients wait outside or in their car.
Limiting use of “touch points” such as pens and card readers.
We are currently offering acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage.
We have a wait list of patients due for visits and will make every effort to get you scheduled as soon as possible. If we haven't already reached out to you and you are in urgent need of treatment, please call or email us.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your healthcare team. We are so proud to take care of our community at this difficult time.
