Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear scrubs. Some wear uniforms. And some wear what you're wearing right now.

Our first responders - our doctors, nurses, and EMTs - are clearly on the front lines. We also pay tribute to our police officers, firefighters, national guard, employees in grocery stores, take-out restaurants, delivery workers, and the U.S. Postal Service! Lest we forget all the workers in sanitation, airlines, agriculture, Trimet, warehouses, and pharmacies.

These are just some of those risking getting sick to keep the country running. And for this sacrifice, we salute you and offer our deepest gratitude.
